1. About GUTS
GUTS is a discovery interface for prediction markets. We are not a financial advisor, broker, or licensed gambling operator. GUTS only provides the interface and category curation.
2. Real-money mode eligibility
Real-money mode is currently available only to users in the United States, via Polymarket US (a CFTC-regulated Designated Contract Market). We perform a geographic check before enabling real-money mode. Circumventing this check using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool is prohibited, and may result in your access being terminated.
3. Non-custody
GUTS never holds your funds. When a US user who has chosen real-money mode backs a prediction, they actively click through from GUTS to Polymarket and complete the transaction on Polymarket directly. GUTS has no access to your wallet, account, or funds at any point.
4. Play-money mode
Play-money mode is a free social game using Polymarket's real prices and resolutions. No real money is at stake. Play-money predictions are stored locally on your device.
5. No investment advice
Nothing in GUTS is financial, legal, or investment advice. For US users who have chosen real-money mode, predictions involve risk and you may lose the funds you commit on Polymarket. Play-money mode carries no financial risk.
6. Affiliate disclosure
GUTS earns a referral commission when US users who have chosen real-money mode sign up and trade on Polymarket through links from GUTS. This does not change the price you pay on Polymarket.
